Are you a licensed inspector?
Yes, we are a licensed home inspection service in Mississippi. We hold MHIB License #0778. Additionally, we are an International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Certified Professional Inspector (InterNACHI CPI), an International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants Radon Inspector (IAC2). Finally, we are FAA Part 107 licensed for Small Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone), and a Certified Residential Thermographer.
How do you inspect a home?
We follow the Mississippi Home Inspector Board's (MHIB) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Copies of both documents can be found on the MHIB website.

Airspace, conditions, and weather permitting, our sUAS is used on our Home Inspections. Moreover, sUAS videography and photography may be quoted as an individual service, depending on the needs of your project.
